Prep Class Itineraries

RICA

Even if you are a terrific reading teacher, many of the specific terms and concepts appearing on the RICA exam can be quite daunting. You will be required to understand a number of specific teaching and assessment techniques, ways of analyzing and interpreting student data, and will need to be able to use this knowledge within the scope of a variety of multiple choice and constructed response questions (including an in-depth case study).

Proper preparation is essential to your success.

Our RICA Prep Class is designed based on the CCTC's exact Content Specifications, so you'll learn all the key concepts you need to pass, without any extra fluff or filler.  We'll also show you innovative test strategies designed specifically for the RICA, including how to choose the “best” answer tricky Multiple Choice questions where several answer choices seem correct, and how to use the exact framework and terminology test graders are looking for on the Constructed Response and Case Study sections.
