Rebecca received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with an emphasis on South Asia history, politics, and economics, then went on to UC Berkeley where she completed her Masters Degree with an emphasis on international relations, comparative politics, and Middle East area studies. Since then she has worked in the private sector and more recently spent several years teaching Social Studies at the high school level.
