When you register for the TExES, it is important that you choose the testing scenario that will work best for you.
The TExES Science of Teaching Reading (STR) (293) consists of 90 multiple choice questions and 1 constructed response question. After 15 minutes for a CAT tutorial and compliance agreement, you are given 4 hours and 45 minutes of testing time.
