CPACE Prep Classes
In our live CPACE prep courses, you'll prepare for the exam under the guidance of an experienced teacher. Classes are available for both CPACE Content and CPACE Performance, or for the best prep possible, the two can be completed in a single weekend.
In CPACE Content, you'll learn all the key content knowledge you need to pass, with classes based on the test specifications published by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. You'll also work through a full practice test, learning how to apply your knowledge to the types of questions you'll encounter on the actual exam.
Our CPACE Performance class shows you how to transfer your CPACE Content knowledge to specific teaching scenarios. (For this reason, you should complete the CPACE Content class first.) You’ll be presented with a series of authentic exhibits, including work samples, teacher reflections, assessment data, and a video of an actual lesson taught by a California teacher. Then, the teacher will guide you through a complete Performance practice test, providing detailed explanations of how to tackle all parts of the prompt and analyze each exhibit, so that you can develop a top-range response.
After the class, you'll receive 3 months of free online access to the CPACE Prep Class slideshow, so you can continue studying what you've learned.
